Time, 2012

Constructed through images found in anatomy books of the human body and printed using cyanotype and van dyke brown processes, this work attempts to understand time as a phenomenon. The muslin fabric, on which the images are printed, gives materiality to an otherwise unobtainable object. The large format is used to express the magnitude of the human experience in relation to time like its physicality, the effects on the body from birth to death, and the ontological.

From the beginnings of life to the end and beyond - time persists.
